1. Our commitment
Better Outcomz is committed to making its website accessible to as many people as possible. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA and regularly review the website to identify and address accessibility issues.
Accessibility is built into the website itself - in the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, design and content structure. We do not use third-party accessibility overlays or widgets as a substitute for fixing the underlying site.
2. Standard we are working to
This website is designed to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That includes, for example: a “Skip to main content” link on every page; every control reachable and operable by keyboard with a clearly visible focus indicator; explicit labels, programmatic required state and accessible error messages on all forms; text and interface contrast that meets the AA thresholds; meaningful alternative text for product screenshots; a single, logical heading structure per page; content that reflows without horizontal scrolling at 400% zoom; and cookie controls that offer “Accept all” and “Reject non-essential” on equal terms.
3. How we test
We combine automated checks (axe-core across every page and state, and Lighthouse accessibility audits) with manual review of keyboard navigation, focus order, form validation, heading and landmark structure, and zoom and reflow at 200% and 400%. Automated tools supplement rather than replace manual review.
4. Known limitations
- Screen-reader verification. The current review used accessibility-tree inspection rather than live testing with NVDA or VoiceOver. Live screen-reader testing is scheduled; if you encounter a problem in the meantime, please tell us.
- Product screenshots. Images of the Better Outcomes product carry descriptive alternative text summarising what each screen shows, but the underlying figures are not reproduced as tables. Every chart’s key message is stated in the surrounding text.
- Third-party content. Where we link to external sites (for example our analytics provider’s policies), we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
We do not claim full WCAG conformance until each release has been tested and verified; this statement is updated after every review.
5. Report an accessibility problem
If you cannot access any part of this website, find content difficult to use with assistive technology, or need information in an alternative format, please contact us. Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do and the browser or assistive technology you were using.
